Summery:
Six weeks after Jason Bourne's escape from Russia, Aaron Cross, an agent of Operation Outcome, undergoes a grueling training exercise in the Alaskan wilderness. However, things take a deadly turn when Colonel Eric Byer orders the termination of the Outcome program to contain the fallout from Bourne's revelations. As a drone targets him for elimination, Cross survives the attack while his fellow agent is killed.
Determined to escape, Cross removes his tracking implant and flees to Chicago to retrieve his hidden supplies. Running low on his performance-enhancing medication, he seeks out Dr. Marta Shearing, the sole survivor of a massacre at the pharmaceutical company that supports Outcome. Together, they must evade Byer's assassins, who are determined to silence them.
In a high-stakes chase through the streets of Manila, Cross and Shearing manage to evade their pursuers, but not without Cross sustaining a gunshot wound. As they escape on a boat, Byer's team is left puzzled by their disappearance, only to find a chilling message left behind.
