Upon waking, he realizes he has no memory of who he is but possesses advanced combat skills and fluency in several languages. In Zürich, the man finds multiple passports, currencies, and IDs under different names. He adopts the American identity, "Jason Bourne," but soon realizes he's being hunted. The CIA's black ops program, Treadstone, led by Alexander Conklin, is after him, sending assassins to eliminate him.
